6:00am - Formal Class(No 6am class on Wednesday)
4:30pm - Formal Class
5:30pm - Formal Class
6:30pm - Formal Class
 

Mon/Wed/Fri
5:30pm - Introduction Class(Two Week Cycles)
Saturday
9am - Yoga
10-12pm - Open Gym
Sunday
3pm-5pm - Open Gym

 

 *all classes start promptly and last approximately one hour. It is good practice to be here 10mins prior to class start time.
 **Introduction classes can be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.  Ask a coach if you have a specific time that works better for your schedule.
