Monday: 5 AM, 6 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, & 6:30 PM

Tuesday: 5 AM, 6 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, & 6:30 PM

Wednesday: 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, & 6:30 PM

Thursday: 5 AM, 6 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, & 6:30 PM

Friday: 6 AM, 4:30 PM, & 5:30 PM
 

Open Gym Times

Wednesday:6 AM

Friday: 5 AM

Saturday: 9:30 AM-12:00 PM

Sunday: 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Introduction Classes take place @ 5:30 PM on Mon/Wed/Fri - They run in 2 week cycles. **

 *all classes start promptly and last approximately one hour. It is good practice to be here 10 mins prior to class start time.
 

**Introduction classes can be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.  Ask a coach if you have a specific time that works better for your schedule.
