Introduction Classes take place @ 6:00 PM on Mon/Wed/Fri - They run in 2 week cycles. **
*all classes start promptly and last approximately one hour. It is good practice to be here 10 mins prior to class start time.
**Introduction classes can be scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Ask a coach if you have a specific time that works better for your schedule.
