Classes

Our daily classes are capped at 8 members so everyone can recieve the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served. Reservations are required and a waitlist is available. If you’re a beginner, we offer Introduction To CrossFit classes by appointment. We also offer personal training, obstacle course training, macro tracking, and yoga.
